Trip To the Royal Winter Fair

In November 2007, a group of  32 riders and parents
from Stillbrook Riding Stables headed off to Toronto
to see the Royal Horse Show.
The night we chose featured six horse hitches, hackney finals,
carriage racing and our favorite, the Big Ben Challenge.

Our riders were in awe to see great riders like Ian Millar, BeezieMadden
and Jill Henselwood negotiate such a tough jumping course.

After a big day of shopping and touring the Royal
and then enjoying the night show, many of us were glad to stay the night
in Toronto.  I think the trip to the Royal will be a yearly event
so book your spot early!
